The Software Engineer role requires a combination of business analysis and technical analysis skills to manage day today activities for a premium GSI client. This person works with various teams including the call center, business management, IT, the client and client vendors. This person will support the client subject matter expert for all technical questions related to this account.


' Act as a technical and functional point of contact for all questions related to the account.
' Work with client, call center and business to identify the project objectives and define detailed requirements.
' Perform in depth analysis, create technical design, write scope of work documents and provide effort/cost estimate for projects.
' Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
' Should have the ability to proactively come up with design, identify constraints, explore alternate options and communicate to business management and the client.
' Provide technical guidance to the IT team on the actual development and test scenarios. Review test plans and co-ordinate testing.
' Tracking project deliverables, milestones, scope, and schedule on a daily basis.
' Ability to multi-task, work on multiple projects, tickets and issues at the same time. Ability to work independently and also provide assistance to business and IT teams.
' Ability to provide off-hours support for installations that have to occur when users are not on the system
' Ability to provide periodic on-call support during off-hours to include weekends and holidays.
