Job Description

We are currently seeking a Software Engineer for our corporate headquarters in Spartanburg.

Duties, Responsibilities and Expected Contributions include:

  • Perform small to medium projects with supervision.
  • Responsible for working from a project plan to successfully complete project tasks but not in change of overall project.
  • Work with the business to resolve information system problems and to develop recommended solutions to the business.
  • Be able to handle issues independently

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years programming experience. Experience in retail and/or food service industry a plus.

  • Broad base of understanding related to information systems methodology's, batch processing, relational databases, and client-server technology.

  • Proficient in programming languages and troubleshooting tools based on specific position.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently with supervision.

  • Experience in T-SQL / SQL Server preferred.

  • Application support in POS systems such as Xpient IRIS, XBMS suite preferred.

  • Some on-call, night and/or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
