The Entry Level Software Test Technician position is responsible for the execution of
all testing activities in various stages of development cycles across the group. This
position evaluates and tests software products and verifies that they meet the
expectations, standards and objectives of the customer and the Company.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform various level of testing of new software features.
• Identifies, analyzes and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and
inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
• Establishes benchmarks for program efficiency in operating and response times.
• Create test cases and test data.
• Responds to inquiries from customers and tech support regarding functions and
operations of software and hardware programs.
• Assists developers and customers in isolating possible problems in software after
implementation.
• Conduct compatibility tests with other software applications, hardware, multiple
operation systems and network environments.
Requirements:
• Associates degree (BS preferred) in a related field such as Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering, etc.
• 0-3 months of software testing experience
• Knowledge of Windows OS required.
