following opportunity available:

Software Engineer
Tier 2 Support

Software maintenance
in a large complex organization for a growing software development company. Responsible
for investigating code and software to identify bugs, organize information and implement
solutions. Having relational database exposure and experience writing
object-oriented code is a plus.

You will
work cross functionally with a bright group of Billing and Customer
Support Specialists, Software Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers to
investigate customer problems and piece together a solution. 

Qualifications

·        
BS
in Computer Science, Software Engineer preferred

·        
Previous
software coding experience in a telecom environment a plus

·        
C#,
C++, SQL experience in a .net environment.

·        
Must
have strong communication skills

·        
Excellent
experience and aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving

·        
Strong
Documentation skills
