Develop, create, and modify specialized computer applications software to be utilized in managing the business as well as assessment data.   Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design .NET software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.  Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Software Engineer will be responsible for full lifecycle development of various projects including requirements gathering, project planning, documentation, programming, troubleshooting and QA
• Develop .NET software for clients, employees, and distributors to be utilized in managing business as well as assessment data
• MS SQL database development including stored procedures, triggers, and SSIS
• Develop customized assessments, reports and graphs
• Learn new technologies and increase knowledge of existing technologies as required
• Recommend new ways to achieve business objectives when appropriate
