This position is located in our FL, Tampa facility
Applicant must have 4+ years experience providing Tier 1 & 2 support in a global Active Directory (AD) infrastructure. Applicant will be responsible for providing hardware/software installation, configuration, and support. Applicant will require a firm understanding of fault isolation and repair. Applicant will be supporting WinNT/2K/XP operating systems and Hewlett Packard, Dell and Sun Microsoft equipment.
Applicant must be familiar with Active Directory (Security Groups, OU's, Managing Shared Resources), and account management (Creation, Deletion, Maintenance). Exchange Administration knowledge creating mailboxes, contacts, group mailboxes, and distribution groups a plus. Working knowledge of SMS and Magic Service Desk is a plus.
TS/SSBI SCI security clearance REQUIRED.
An Associates Degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience recommended. Additional advanced and specialized training in computer hardware, communication systems and equipment, and/or information systems is preferred. A familiarity with server hardware, communication systems, and intelligence information systems is preferred. Comprehensive technical knowledge with strong communication skills (written & oral) and customer interface. An Industry Standard Certification is REQUIRED.
Minimum 4 years experience in the ADP maintenance field with strong technical background in computer hardware, communications equipment, Networks, LAN/WAN and video distribution equipment. Applicant should have a good understanding of ITIL processes.
This position designated as a deployable position.
While most project requirements are expected to be located in non-hazardous locations overseas and stateside there is a good possibility travel will include deploying into hazardous duty areas to support Government projects and mission (Familiarity deploying a plus). While not certain, candidates should assume a potential for up to 50-75% travel for this position.
Preferably, candidate will have experience working with communication and intelligence information systems.
