Among other positions, MEDSEEK is seeking a Contract Administrator. This position is responsible for developing prospect-facing pricing and scoping documentation utilizing pre-established pricing methodologies and business practices. This individual will work collectively with Sales, Solutions Management, Product Marketing, and Legal as well as other departments, as needed, to generate accurate and timely scopes of work and related pricing. In addition, this individual will be responsible for all pricing related elements of any formal response to Request for Proposals issued by MEDSEEK for prospects (non-customer entities).

Primary Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience
• Some professional work experience
• Previous software industry experience in the healthcare marketplace preferred
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Excellent Word Skills
• Strong analytical background
• Professional demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to pre-defined pricing strategies and business practices
• Experience with employing industry-based pricing models: Perpetual License Model, Subscription/SaaS Model preferred
