About the Job:
We're looking to expand our support team with an individual that is going to help our customers achieve success using our products.  In this position, you will be working with technically savvy customers and be able to rely on the product's development and consulting teams for help with difficult queries. On a typical day, you will spend about a third of your time on the phone. This position requires creativity, great problem solving skills, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to providing customer value.

Responsibilities:
Our support team is located in our office in Cleveland.  Interaction with customers is via email, telephone, and/or WebEx. The Candidate will promptly respond to any incoming support requests.  Support requests may require explaining functionality to an end-user, showing an end-user how to configure required behavior within our product, or diagnosing an error with the help of our development team.  This is a great position for a person that likes to solve analytical problems and help other people.


Skills:
  • experience with Windows including command line, windows services, and security
  • experience with Linux/Unix including command line, init.d, and security
  • knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP
  • experience with ANT/Make/Maven/MSBuild a plus
  • experience developing software a plus
  • experience with Source Code Management (CVS, SVN, ClearCase, Perforce, etc) a plus
