Description:

Position will focus on providing Software support & Training to our customers.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have the following combination of skills: Software implementation, support, troubleshooting, and/or training experience in a browser based or client server environment, with excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities.  A background or exposure to Public Safety or Public Administration is not a requirement but definitely a plus.  For some positions, a background in Accounting is also a plus. Ideal candidates will have experience with implementing and training on proprietary software, and also supporting proprietary software, Windows servers, SQL databases, and Network Administration.  Ideal candidates will have experience with all levels of support (Level 1, Level 2, & Level 3).  Candidates must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and enjoy working with Customers in a fast paced, high-energy team setting. A technical or business related Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Position may involve up to 50% - 80% national travel.   Position is full-time with competitive benefits.
