EFI is the world leader in digital imaging and print management solutions for commercial and enterprise printing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hotline phone support for our enterprise management software solution. This will include capturing all interactions in our issue tracking system as well as offering assistance in answering 'how-to' questions. This candidate will also have hands-on software experience with off-the-shelf software products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Internet Explorer and Firefox. This candidate will have solid written and verbal communication skills and logic skills as well as a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and help customers.
