POSITION PROFILE


Provide presales support to include needs analysis, systems design, software demonstrations, and presentations.  Provide telephone and on-site sales support for DISC Image Products and Services. 


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provide technical presales support


  • Ability to analyze prospect/customer business processes and needs to design solution

  • Prepare and present software solution and demonstrations for prospects
  • Explain features of software, how it works, why certain things are important

  • Assist in the growth and expansion of existing customer accounts

  • Position will require occasional to frequent travel

    QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)



  • Requires technical degree, certification or equivalent experience.

  • Requires minimum of 1 year of experience supporting computer systems and performing technical presales activities including systems analysis and design and technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to perform complex analysis and problem solving
  • Understanding of the basic sales cycle and processes
  • Ability to give presentations to medium-sized audiences
