The nature of the position requires you to successfully complete an intensive 3-4 month paid training program in Houston.  Training will include classroom-style training and online classes to educate you on our software, the dealership industry, and overall business operations.  In order to simulate a dealership environment, you will also participate in mock demonstrations and role-playing. The second phase of training will take you from the classroom environment into the real world through periodic training trips to your territory to participate in ride-a-longs with your field supervisor.  The trips allow you to apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting and then return to Houston for follow-up.
