Job Description:
Remove, replace & resolder all types of SMT components such as chip capacitors, chip resistors & fine pitch components such as SOICs, QFNs & QFPs. Proficiently use a soldering iron, solder wick, flux etc. to ensure good solder joints.
Requirements & Qualifications:
" High School or GED A+ certifications get priority consideration
" Must have 2 years recent hands on experience doing component-level SMT rework
" Must be able to hand solder fine-pitch components and show proficiency using a soldering iron using the drag method
