Sr. Designers

CAD Designer must be capable of designing mechanical parts and assemblies for aircraft integration. Upper level assemblies will be designed to result in installation drawings for use by aircraft technicians in the installation of simple to complex piece part to extensive assembly installations. Must have experience with ASME Y.14.100 series. Must be capable of determining appropriate screw, rivet, and bolt lengths as appropriate to the design in use. Must be willing and able to take direction from others both for changes to overall design approach from Lead Mechanical Engineers to addressing accurately and thoroughly all redlines to drawings.

Requires 4 or more years of experience in design, preferably in an aerospace environment, ideal candidate will have worked with helicopter integrations and have structural assembly background. Must have a minimum of 2000 hours experience in Solidworks that can be demonstrated clearly and proficiently within the first 3 days of work.

Must be capable of obtaining a SECRET clearance.

Associates in CAD or Solidworks certificate desired.
