Regional Louisiana law firm aggressively expanding New Orleans branch.  Seeking acquisition prospects of small, established, reputable & profitable Greater New Orleans area firm of preferably 2-4 attorneys, possibly up to 5.  Solo NOLA practices with portable $100K+ books of business welcomed as well, in addition to practice group break-offs from larger firms, or individuals currently with larger firms if can bring portables.  Areas of practice sought include, but are not limited to, business & commercial law, transactional, real estate, oil & gas, admiralty & maritime, governmental, tax, casualty, environmental and products liability, along with any other areas of practice complimentary or synergistic with our own.  Practices comprised primarily of family law, domestic law, traffic law and/or criminal defense need not apply.
