Job title: Solution Architect / Lead Technologist / Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities:
* To serve as solution architect on Capgemini engagements providing expertise in the areas of Service Oriented architecture, Integration architecture, and Systems architecture. Be accountable for the implementation of the complete solution
* Serve as technical lead on complex Capgemini engagements
* Lead the application solution definition and implementation activities
* Develop the strategic planning, architecture, and application portfolio management proposal solution
* Responsible for managing, planning and defining global application architecture, development process and quality assurance strategies
* Lead the technical architecture and application portfolio analysis
* Co-develop responses to clients' Request for Proposal (RFP)* or Request for Information (RFI)
*     Mentor other architecture team members
*     Oversee client engagements in enterprise software and enterprise security.

* Help the delivery and sales organization with pre-sales activities including but not limited to responding to RFP's, making presentations, determining Scope of Work, Change Management and recommending appropriate technology / vendor suitable to client's current and future needs.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Must have experience with design, development and deployment of SOA based architecture for a large organization leveraging multiple COTS Business applications. Must have EAI tool implementation experience.    Have the ability to understand business requirements and architect a solution which will support their constraints. Have the experience in advising clients, defining/implementing IT strategy and the corresponding roadmap.
Preference:
* BS Engineering Degree
* Masters Degree in Engineering, MIS or Computer Science
* Supply Chain application implementation experience
