Keane currently seeks a Director / Manager – Solutions and Sales Support to join our team in any of the following locations: Boston, Chicago or Los Angeles. * Grasp the client challenge and situation quickly; articulate the breadth of Keane solution offerings and map it to the client situation at hand; provides insight into industry vertical, technology landscape, changing market forces to come up with the best solution approach * Design, scope, and create holistic solution proposal (and/or RFX response) for prospects and clients via artful integration of Keane services and continue to position business for the broader Keane organization * Lead the execution of rapid, strategic consulting assessments and engagements to - Position Keane as a strategic, solutions-based partner for a client, and/or - Drive long-term consulting revenue at a client; and/or - Position Keane for long-term engagements * Participate in qualification and alignment of opportunities and deliver innovative solutions and services proposals * Lead client/prospect executives in facilitated working sessions, thereby: - Increasing the positive executive perception of the Keane brand - Positioning Keane for additional business at the client/prospect * Participate in sales calls and contracting for Keane solutions; partner in formulating account strategy to identify solution fit and help grow the account; mentor and shepherd accounts within incubation and emerging groups by aligning solutions and services * Understanding of full SDLC (including AO), J2EE and .NET technology, architecture/solution patterns (e.g. SOA, Legacy Modernization, Portal, Web 2.0) is a must. * Act as a Leader within the Keane Organization, including but not limited to: - Learning all Keane solution-oriented service offerings and associated value propositions, including the major steps in Delivery - Assist colleagues and peers in designing, scoping, and selling Keane services - Mentor staff when given the opportunity to do so - Demonstrate commitment and visible, consistent support of Keane enterprise vision, objectives, and strategy * Must be willing to travel 75% - 100%, as necessary This is a full-time salaried position with Keane.
