Solutions Architect
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect who can bring a combination of expert product knowledge, extensive technical implementation experience along with leadership qualities and a focus on work quality to our organization. Critical to this role are excellent communication skills, experience in applying software solution development methodologies, experience with current technologies and scope estimating success. A software engineering background is preferred. This individual will provide technical leadership and guidance to all Services personnel working on customer projects, participate in internal and customer project reviews. This can include development of customer solution architecture and design review. This person will be a key member of the team that shapes Services offerings and will require on-going communication with Product Engineering and Product Management personnel. This individual will also drive the continuous improvement of processes and tools used to deliver efficient, and quality services. This individual may also serve as the technical leader on very complex or strategic projects especially where new technology or complex integration is required. This individual will also work with Sales, Sales Support, Project Management and Consulting Services during the scoping phase of a project and identify the customer business, functional and non-functional requirements, developing detailed written specifications, and designing integrated solutions.
