RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage supplier performance in order to meet company objectives:  year-over-year cost reduction, improved payment terms, on-time delivery, inventory management, and high quality level.
• Identify and develop world class supply chain to support continuous cost reduction efforts and New Product Development - meeting both internal budgets and customer delivery requirements.
• Develop and implement purchasing contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Negotiations with suppliers
• Executing supplier agreements and contracts
• Identification and development of new suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4 yr college degree
• 7+ years of experience of advanced strategic sourcing and sourcing fundamentals
• Strong technical background
• Asian sourcing experience a plus
