Sourcing Manager, Vending
General Summary: Responsible for the execution of Family Dollar's Strategic Sourcing Process and specifically program management of all corporate store level vending programs. This includes operation management of existing programs, expansion of pilot programs and strategic development of new opportunities. Such programs include, but are not limited to, bulk candy, kiddie rides, ATM machines, bill payment kiosks, drink machines and lottery kiosks. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Position Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business or other quantitative discipline Experience: 3 to 6 years experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or project management. Experience specific to program management of vending operations preferred. Strong Project Management experience in multi-phase projects. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Software: Microsoft Office Application Proficiency; MS Visio and Project experience preferred.
