Your role: Oversee overall operations and management of Tomatillos, a Tex Mex restaurant.  Responsible for menus planning, food production and food and labor costs.  Supervise, schedule, coach, and council.  Oversee inventory, ordering, and receiving.  Uphold sanitation standards; comply with Oklahoma State and local Health Department Regulations.

Our Expectations: Qualified associates must have: High school Diploma or equivalent education. Three years Culinary Arts experience.  Previous experience supervising personnel in a fast paced environment.  The ability to obtain a Choctaw Gaming License.
