Your role: Responsible to oversee the overall operations of the kitchen.  Supervise, coach, council activities of cooks.  Plans menus, maintain financial responsibility for the menu mix and food and labor costs.  Inventory, ordering, receiving.  Uphold sanitation standards to comply with Oklahoma State and local Health Department Regulations.

Our Expectations: Qualified associates must have: High School diploma or equivalent education.  3 years Culinary Arts experience.  Previous experience supervising personnel in a fast paced environment.  The ability to obtain a Choctaw Gaming License.
