Machine Shop Supervisor
- Seeking an individual with hands on experience in machine shop.
- Understanding of machine tool set up, operating techniques, production machining methods & CNC programming.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, priorititzing, and directing the machine shop workflow, quality assurance, and workforce utilization.
CNC Machinists/Machinists
- Reading & understanding of blue prints.
- Ability to use basic & precision hand measuring tools.
- Ability to assemble equipment & prior experience with machining stainless steel.
- Set up of manual engine lathe/mill in a fast-paced environment.
- TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES!
Quality Control Inspector (Mechanical Parts)
Inspection of all incoming parts & supplies using inspection devices such as bore gauges, height gauges, & hardness testers.
Assessing conformance of products & assemblies to drawings & specifications.
Must have background in metal machined parts and strong mechanical & technical aptitude and possess understanding of GD & T.
Production Supervisor
- Supervise plant production & assure plant procedures are followed.
- Ability to develop leadership & management skills to direct daily workforce activities.
- Must be mechanically inclined and have strong communication skills.
- Qualified candidates must have a one-year minimum of practical experience in a food processing facility and a stable work history.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Facility Construction Maintenance
- Acts as the company's coordinator to outside engineering and/or construction operations when such organizations are involved in the assigned project.
- Assists in prioritizing projects for different areas of the facility.
- Functions as a working project team member.
- Excellent planning, organization, leadership, presentation, decision making, analytical, and oral and written communications skills. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Good computer skills. Drafting experience beneficial but not required.
- Must be able to function in an environment with constantly changing priorities, goals, and direction, often under time constraints requiring adaptability.
Maintenance Mechanics
- Qualified individuals will have an above average mechanical aptitude.
- Troubleshoot machinery & mechanical systems.
- Must be willing to work any shift & flexible hours, including weekends.
Maintenance Supervisor
Supervise the repair and routine maintenance of machinery.
Maintain thorough understanding of all equipment utilized in on-going plant operation to ensure safe efficient operation.
Ensure completion of maintenance work orders.
- Service precision machine parts.
- Hydraulic & ammonia refrigeration experience..
- Advanced mechanical/technical schooling or experience preferred.
Systems Engineer
- Perform diagnostic problem solving of control systems.
- Train necessary employees in systems controls, planning and performing work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical and electronic codes, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.
- Experience with high and low voltage, AC & DC, power distribution and control systems, PLC programming, relay logic, and general test and measurement equipment preferred.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Minimum high school or GED, two-year vocation school or equivalent job experience. Skills in Word, Excel, Windows 95/NT, Auto CAD and object oriented graphics and development.
Quality Assurance Inspectors- Perform various testing and quality inspections in accordance with company and government requirements.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail oriented & have basic math aptitude.
- Must possess effective written & oral communication skills.
- Individuals must be willing to work any shift and flexible hours, including weekends.
Welder
- Prior TIG welding a plus
- Ability to produce fabricated/welded equipment
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must have effective communication skills to clarify/understand specifications
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Equipment Operators
- Performs equipment control operations for production.
- Complies with sanitation & safety requirements.
- Must possess good mechanical aptitude & skills.
Production Operators
- No experience necessary, will train.
- Must be willing to work any shift including weekends.
- Stable work history is required.
- Positions available include Forklift Operators, Sorters, and Clean-up.
