SPA COORDINATORS

Self motivated professional that will learn quickly at the entry-level and grow in a spa environment. This person must project an image of health and always be poised and professional. A detailed oriented problem solver with the ability to work in a team environment will succeed in this position.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

As the Marketing Assistant you learn the fundamentals of the spa, as a percentage of this position will be a Spa Coordinator. In this position you will gain hands-on marketing experience in a fast paced environment, learning everything there is to know about the spa in addition to the marketing side of the business. You have to posses strong interpersonal skills; works well in collaborative creative environments, have great organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task is a huge must! Marketing experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer services to high end clientele and potential and existing customers

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent telephone manner with an ability to interact with a variety of clients

Good analytical, project, organization and delivery skills, with attention to detail

Comfortable working to deadlines

Assisting and understanding of company policy to generate revenue

Assist in implementing marketing promotions from web, tv and print.

Assistant & analyze marketing data.

Assistant managing

Greeting clients

Fielding incoming phone calls and answering questions about products and services

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Handling check-in and check-out

Managing client flow

Qualifications

Ability to multitask in fast paced environment

Take initiative and anticipate client/spa related issues

A positive attitude and a strong team player

Background in spa/salon/hospitality industry a plus but not required.

Interested in staying long term

Possess basic computer skills (Microsoft office, internet savvy, troubleshooting)

Familiar with salon/spa software, SalonBiz a plus!
