Prudential Huntoon Paige is a part of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, a firm that leverages a 120-year lending history to provide borrowers with access to a broad range of commercial real estate financing alternatives including fixed rate, floating rate, and interim/bridge loans.
We are seeking 2 candidates - 1 to be located in Newark, NJ, the other to be located in Atlanta, GA
We are seeking an analyst candidate that will work as part of a team of real estate investment professionals, and will have the opportunity for continued learning and personal growth.
Primary responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
· Interacting with clients to collect due diligence materials required for underwriting loans.
· Prepare underwriting packages for review by HUD.
· Support senior investment staff in financial analyses and risk assessments of potential loans.
· Assist in evaluating potential lending opportunities.
· Conduct market/industry research on an as-needed basis.
Skills:
College degree and job experience is a plus. Successful candidates will exhibit a proven ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy. Excellent communication skills are keys to success in this position. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word is required.
This position will be located in Atlanta, GA and Newark, NJ.
