Our client is a stable local community bank. It is a quick moving bank that doesn’t wait around to get things done. They have a community focus and make decisions on a local level. It maintains a warm and friendly atmosphere, and has a strong professional atmosphere. It is quickly becoming one of the largest banks headquartered in the Seattle area. The bank has a wide rage of services and is currently looking some for someone in their special assets department.

In this position you will be required to workout loans from beginning to end. You will be required to work with OREO, retail, residential, and commercial. You will have the chance to work with a strong special assets team and will quickly become a contributing member to this team. As a part of this team you will report directly to the COO.

To qualify for this position you will be required to have previous experience with special asset and loan workout. You will need to have a working knowledge of OREO process and the foreclosure process. You will need to have had demonstrated strong communication skill and a proficiency in MS word and excel.
