Title:  Special Assets Team Leader

Location: Everett, WA

Compensation: $120K   Depending on Experience

A viable western Washington bank is offering top dollar while seeking to fill the position of SPECIAL ASSETS TEAM LEADER.  This is an exciting and lucrative position that requires a special set of skills.  The SPECIAL ASSETS TEAM LEADER reports directly to the Chief Credit Officer.  GET PAID to direct, develop, negotiate, and execute action plans that meet the Bank's objectives for timely resolution of problem credits while minimizing risk exposure to the bank.

Skills needed:  Credit Management, Special Assets, Problem Loans, Loan Workouts, Risk Grading, Collections, Restructuring, Litigation, Charge Off. "Watch List", Classified Loans, Credit Analyst, Portfolio Management, Business Banking, Commercial Loan Review, Commercial Loan Officer, Credit Quality, CRE.

Required Experience:  Minimum 10 years in banking/finance industry with at least 7 years leadership experience.  Workout/special credits experience.

Bacelor's Degree preferred.  Will consider combination of education and experience.
