The Specification Specialist is responsible for maintaining Unilever’s specification systems and will work in R&D environment and with areas throughout the business, including Product Development, Purchasing, Packaging and Marketing, to develop and maintain product specifications for multiple brands with a time managed and organized approach to support Innovation, Cost Savings and Manufacturing.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Specification Specialist develops specifications that feed both Executional and Transactional Systems and provide information to the supply chain to successfully manufacture UBFNA products Participates in core team meetings to assure quality and correctness as well as timely completion of specifications required for innovation. Prepare Manufacturing Co-Packer Manuals that detail specifications, policies and standards. Strong interpersonal, time management and PC skills required.-

Key Requirements

BS, BA or Associates Degree in Food Science or work experience in related field.0-3 years in QC/QA environment or experience in specification and/or database management.
