Consonus therapy department offers acute and sub acute in patient therapy for this beautiful 190 bed skilled nursing facility. Consonus means to blend, to harmonize, to create something exceptional, and that is exactly what has occurred with the San Miguel Villa and our therapy team which have become part of a family. Consonus has expanded the therapy services and has incredible stable, caring and hardworking staff. Our therapy staff works with a full time Rehab Aide for transporting and treatment assistance. Our therapy department focuses on a variety of programs including Stroke Recovery, Orthopedic Rehab, Contracture Management, Cognitive Retraining, Prosthetic/Orthotic Training, Management of Swallow Dysfunction and much much more. Consonus offers excellent training and one on one mentorship program. The qualified candidate will have the appropriate degree and be a licensed SLP therapist in the State of California. Prefer SLP who is Vital Stim Certified or interested in becoming certified and developing Vital Stim therapy program.
