Actively promote the products and services of Johnson Controls Fire Protection in the marketplace.

How you will do it

We have an opportunity for an Fire Sprinkler Installations Project Coordinator to join our Installations Team based in Los Angeles. This role will be responsible for all day to day running of Minor Works to ensure financial and customer expectations are met. You will be required to organize staff and other organizational issues within the department including all material etc to ensure jobs are completed on time.

What we look for

• Current full driver's license.
• 1 to 3 years related construction coordination, or administration in similar industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both with internal and external customers.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating
• Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate and to meet the customer's needs.
• Be able to demonstrate the following:
o Punctuality & Accountability
o Team Participation & Willingness to Help Others Succeed
o Communication, Presentation Skills, & Customer Service Skills
