Job Purpose:
Service wireless customers by helping them select products and services from the Sprint/Nextel Family of Wireless devises. Handle customer care and service issues with a "red carpet" mentality, recommend accessories and upgrade customers into new handsets.
Duties:
* Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance and determining the customers wireless communication needs through detailed neads analysis.
* Directs customers by escorting them to phones and accessories; suggesting items.
* Advises customers by providing information on products.
* Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
* Service customers with damaged or broken Handsets.
* Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
* Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
* Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
* Call on existing and new customers regarding the benefits of the Sprint/Nextel Family of wireless devices.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Requires working Sataurdays and Sundays.
