The Customer Care Specialist resolves billing issues including establishing payment arrangements and credit treatment, trouble-shoots basic technical problems, and sells Sprint Nextel products and services. The flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
No call center experience is necessary, but you must meet these basic qualifications:
- Proven customer service skills in a challenging or complex environment.
- Proven record of sales success including the ability to quickly identify core customer needs and persuasively present solutions.
- Successful background in an environment requiring simultaneous listening, interpreting, typing and computer use skills.
- Proven ability to work successfully in an environment requiring strict attendance.
- The flexibility to start your shift in the mid to later afternoon.
