Consumer package goods, customer/retail trade experience

(Minneapolis Office)

The ideal candidate will possess a solid range of experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

1. Advertising agency client management (5 years minimum)
2. Consumer packaged goods / brand management (5-10 years)
3. Customer/Trade marketing experience within specific retailers
4. Experience working SuperValu organization, ideal but not required.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate their ability to:

1. Manage multiple priorities and clients
2. Delivers a solid client product, meeting or exceeding expectations
3. Solid thought leadership and ability to develop strategic co-marketing opportunities
4. Proven track record of successful relationship building, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail

Role/Responsibilities:

1. Primary voice and strategic leadership point with field sales team and Malone Akron office.
2. Lead primary day-to-day client  business planning & execution.
3. Position supported and guided by Akron account coordination.

-          Knowledgeable of annual marketing initiatives and applications within specific retailers’

-          Develop productive and respectful relationships with specific retailers’ field sales team personnel

-          Drives on-going opportunities within specific retailers to maintain and grow Malone’s position/role within specific retailers

-          Manage execution with Akron-based account service support assistance, numerous promotional customer-based initiatives
