Senior Account Executive

Due to client growth, we are actively seeking a tenured Senior Account Executive to join our team in Herndon, VA. This Key position is responsible for developing new client relationships, and building and expanding existing client relationships. The successful candidate will be selling IT staff augmentation services to senior level IT managers in Fortune 500 to mid market commercial accounts. These services will primarily consist of SDLC skills, and Business Intelligence and Data Management professionals. Kinetix Technology offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary and an aggressive commission structure that rewards and high performers. 

Minimum qualifications required:

3+ years of sales experience within the IT Services/Staffing sector.

Documented track record of exceeding business objectives.

Exceptional prospecting, account penetration and development skills, and the ability to close business

Exceptional interpersonal skills and team building skills

Excellent presentation skills, and written and verbal communication skills.

High level of ambition and goal-orientation.

Ability to thrive in a high performance, metrics-driven environment.
