Sr. Account Managers use industry insight, analytical skills, services knowledge and outstanding communication and presentation skills to sell service offerings to prospects and customers. They continually evaluate market needs to guide clients in the development of new features, solutions, and markets. They sell to new and existing customers by prospecting in identified market areas, orchestrating customer reference visits, analyzing prospect's business requirements, presenting proposed business solutions, demonstrating service offerings, generating personalized documentation and negotiating contracts. They plan and execute sales campaigns into new accounts and take responsibility for developing and executing account plans for existing customers.
Sales responsibilities
1.
Identify new prospects, develop leads and qualify prospects for business potential.2. Develop sales and marketing plan to aggressively pursue Staffing and Contracting services in
the Twin Cities Market.
3. On-going account management in your assigned existing accounts.
4. Presenting Exacta and its services to prospects, learning of their business needs and
proposing the use of our services when appropriate.
5. Maintaining frequent contact with present and past clients and all prospects.
6. Maintaining memberships in professional organizations to increase business contracts and
leads.
