Bachelors degree in a related field and 10 years relevant experience is required. With H.S. an additional 8 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for education requirement. With Associates Degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for education requirement. Experience with USMC ground systems and equipment is desired; DAWIA Certification a plus. Candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, organizational and analytical skills and perform detail-oriented work. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office suite is required.
Position will require travel within U.S. 15 - 20% per year. Possibility of short travel trips to Kuwait, Iraq and/or Afgahnistan as needed. Current US Passport is desired.

EG&G is seeking a Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst to provide technical support to the Mine Resistant Ambush Protection (MRAP) Joint Program Office, the MRAP-All Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV) team in our Stafford Virginia office. This is an ACAT 1D program currently producing, fielding, upgrading, and sustaining life-saving vehicles for Warfighters and is recognized as the highest priority Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program, with exceptionally high Congressional, DoD, and Joint Service interest which requires motivated, competent and agile individuals to respond to a myriad of urgent and priority requests for information and action.
The selected candidate will provide program acquisition and logistics management, planning, coordination, ACAT 1D logistics documentation development, multi-disciplined acquisition logistics tasks and analysis in support of Joint Logistics Sustainment Strategies, interfacing with multiple levels of program management. Duties include Logistics Support planning and analysis to derive and implement the necessary support planning, acquisition logistics activities, and documents associated with the 10 Integrated Logistic Support Elements for an ACAT 1D Program. Responsibilities will include analyzing, interpreting, developing, and briefing specialized information on equipment for use on life cycle management decisions; analyzing, and documenting findings to formulate a better understanding of the USMC technical requirements and identify the actions needed to implement fielding and sustainment of USMC vehicles in a joint environment. Coordinating vehicle support with multiple commands, locations and users may require special attention and tracking to insure shortened deadlines are met. Candidate must be able to perform expert-level review, analysis, and validation of engineering and logistics products and prepare executive-level reports and briefs. Individual must have experience with vehicle manufacturer fielded systems, providing direct logistics support as required, assist with the implementation of logistics plans, planning and logistics analyses and trade studies, and assist with the development of related program documentation required for the Sustainment Phase of Total Life Cycle System Management.
