Sr. Administrative Assistant & Marketing Specialist


Job Description


 


Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate firm has a unique opportunity for a multi-skilled individual to join our South Florida team.


 


This position will provide administrative and client support services to a successful real estate brokerage team.  The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of duties including preparation of legal agreements, proposals, general correspondence, maintenance of client database, perform mail merges, process mailings, expense reports and general office duties. 


 


In addition, the incumbent will provide basic marketing related service and support the execution of existing business including development and production of flyers, marketing plans, banners, booklets, brochures, invitations, letters, graphics, maps, charts, and more.


 


Job Requirements:


 


Qualified candidate must be pro-active & self-motivated able to work independently, taking ownership of improving their skill set while being resourceful; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative marketing and time management suited for a highly professional environment; At least three (3) years administrative support experience in commercial real estate or professional sales environment; Working knowledge of commercial real estate legal documents a plus.  Candidate must also have excellent time management, organizational skills, initiative, the ability to multi-task, and pay attention to detail.


 


Technical Qualifications include proficiency with:


 


Ø      Microsoft Office Expert – Word, Excel, PowerPoint - required


Ø      Adobe Illustrator CS2 - required


Ø      Adobe Photoshop CS2 - required


Ø      Adobe InDesign CS2 - required


Ø      Quark – a plus


Ø      Microsoft Access or experience and working knowledge of databases


Ø      Experience working with pdfs, ftp, websites, and e-marketing
