Sr. Airfield Engineer/Project Manager

B.S., Civil Engineering, minimum 12 years directly-related experience in a consulting firm, Professional Engineer (PE) in MD. VA, PA, DE, NJ, NY, OH to be obtained if not held. Must have thorough knowledge of civil engineering technology; Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circulars, Orders and Handbooks; State design and construction permitting requirements; and FAA and State Funding Grant Procedures. Requires working knowledge of Word (word processing); Excel (spreadsheets); PowerPoint (presentations); Primavera/Microsoft Projects (scheduling/resource allocation); and AutoCAD (drawing/design). Requires project management, as well as technology (civil/airfield) management, including leadership, decision-making and mentoring skills as well as Business Development/Marketing/Sales.

Job Description :
Position reports directly to the Air Transportation Business Line Leader and is responsible for the overall Business Development; Operational; and Financial Performance of the Group.
