MasterCard Worldwide Typical Duties/ Responsibilities of the Position
Responsibilities include: ' Dashboard/Reporting: o Manage and evolve labor maintenance dashboard and enhance based on lessons learned and as new data is available o Perform variance analyses and analytical review of monthly labor maintenance data and incorporate qualitative summaries into dashboard o Perform monthly updates and publish dashboard including identifying and communicating key changes/variances, trends o Prepare dashboard slides for monthly and quarterly sponsor updates o Collaborates with the Base Support Team (BST) and Base Governance Committee (BGC) to develop and improve monthly reporting and identifies significant trends within horizontals and across GTO and IPS. ' Deep Dives/Analysis: o Recommend areas for deep dives based on analysis o Prioritize and manage deep dive recommendations, recommend key participants and partner with team on planning and execution ' Recategorizations o Identify and manage recategorizations from maintenance labor to discretionary spend o Lead recategorization efforts partnering with Finance Operations, the Investment Management Office, Release Management Office (if applicable) and impacted teams, measuring the impact, and clearly communicating impact and timing. ' General: o Manage team webpage; determine and provide content as governance and structure evolve o Ensure ongoing vertical alignment with Finance Operations Impact ' Provide financial analysis and make recommendations to senior management for GTO maintenance labor of ~$220M ' Key constituent in development, implementation and operation of new maintenance labor processes, dashboards, metrics/drivers, sponsor updates with senior management ' Contributor of work and solutions on new base labor business processes and partnering with the BST and BGC in driving culture change to the horizontal approach to managing base labor Communication ' Regular interaction and communication with leadership teams (including Senior Business Leaders, Group Heads and Group Executives) of GTO and IPS. ' As a member of the BST responds to, works with and provides regular communications and presentations to the BGC and Base Sponsor Committee. ' Works closely with GTO Finance Tools team on tool and processes. Innovation ' Design and implement maintenance labor dashboards, reporting and establish processes for maintenance requests, new tasks, and deep dives to gain efficiencies. ' Key in the development, implementation and operation of new processes to support new labor structure and governance. ' Leader of/contributor to establishment of processes and operating structure of the BST. Knowledge The position requires: ' Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables), Changepoint, Word, PowerPoint ' Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments. ' Strong project management and analytical skills and experience ' Proven leadership skills and experience ' Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate, interact and navigate with cross-functional teams and senior management ' Solid finance and accounting background and experience (3+ years, Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance) ' Strong process management skills and proven experience with data and dashboard analysis.
