Sr. Analyst, Human Resource

Temple, TX

As a Sr. Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the organization's compensation program. You’ll need to assure an internally equitable and externally competitive compensation program that attracts, retains and motivates employees, all while assuring compliance with legal requirements.

 

Reqires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business related field. You must also have eight years of progressive Human Resources experience or relevant business experience. You must be a certified Compensation Professional. Direct compensation and supervisory experience is preferred.
