RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for operations research and systems analysis in support of the Joint Data Integration (JDI) Joint Test (JT), including data collection and analysis planning, test issue resolution, post-test data analysis, and report preparation and production.
Analyzes operational test activities and utilizes advanced knowledge of modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical and engineering methods in determining solutions to complex problems.
Develops and refines data collection and analysis methodologies to ensure that all test data collected is of sufficient quantity, quality, and relevancy to meet test objectives.
Maintains detailed knowledge of the JDI JT problem statement, test issues, sub-issues and measures, and reports any requirement for modifications to the Director, Test Operations and Analysis.
Duties include developing and presenting metrics that detail Global Command and Control System (GCCS) track counts, duplicates, time latencies along with channel statuses, and various other metrics.
These metrics will be used to develop and maintain test products and articles for the JDI JT, including Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J) Data Management Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), checklists, and subject matter expert training.
MINIMUM SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Masters Degree in Operations Research Systems Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics or related experience.
Prior military service at the operational level of war (Joint Task Force and/or Component Headquarters).
DESIRED SKILLS:
