Sr Application Analyst I
Under the general supervision of the Application System Manager, provide analysis and programming to assist in the selection, implementation and ongoing support of application software including all interfaces necessary to assure a high value, widely accessible, comprehensive, integrated information network which meets customer needs.
Requirements:
The Lifespan Human Resources Information Services Team is looking for an Applications Systems Analyst with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in the implementation, training and support of HR systems.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ADP Enterprise or PeopleSoft required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as PS Query, Crystal Reports and
ReportSmith.
- Must have a solid understanding of HR business needs with the ability to
analyze and document existing processes.
- Experience should demonstrate high level of written and oral communication
skills and the ability to effectively lead multi-disciplinary work teams assigned to
complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and follow through to
completion, including knowledge of human resources, technology and general
business.
ยท Ability to identify areas for process improvement and advocate for best practice
adoption.
Equivalent to Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field required.
