In this key role, you will be involved in creating a consumer-centric application architecture relative to Campaign Management solutions to enable us to better engage consumers to help them improve their health. As part of the Direct Marketing IT Strategy & Architecture team, you will serve as the "capability owner" for Campaign Management. In this role, you will be involved in the development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology designs related to how OptumHealth engages consumers and other key players in the healthcare landscape for our clinical and other health programs. Specific responsibilities will include: · Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to plan and execute strategies for leveraging data to initiate consumer engagement and determine appropriate engagement channels · Ensuring the appropriate "feedback loop" is in place to measure campaign effectiveness and continual improve campaign results and business value. · Driving definition of requirements for effective development, execution and evolution of Campaigns Hands-on working knowledge (technical implementations) using SAS or Unica · Translating marketing objectives into technical delivery plans · Creating and maintaining a current-state view and 18 - 36 month roadmap of the Campaign Management capability · Guiding technology decisions relative to Campaign Management while working in an ever-changing ambiguous environment · Working with Product and Marketing leaders to refine Campaign Management capabilities on an ongoing basis · Ensuring incremental and large scale advancement of Campaign Management capabilities are done in alignment with the roadmap · Driving solution design for the Campaign Management capability and creating high level designs for solutions · Reviewing detailed designs completed by a Development team to ensure alignment with your initial solution and high level design · Serving as a subject matter expert and design resource to others · Driving activities related to data and application planning and solution development · Partnering with other capability owners to ensure dependencies between capabilities are understood and managed · Supporting the Sales process as required, including participation in RFP response
