Qualifications:   Required 3-5+ yrs experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, data and reporting analysis, workflow and process analysis 3-5+ yrs experience with MS Word, MS Excel, diagramming software such as Visio required Healthcare industry experience required, including familiarity with health plan, provider, member data. Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills required Strong written and verbal skills required Preferred: Experience interfacing with large cross-functional teams preferred Prior SAS/SPSS experience preferred Prior programming experience preferred   Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience   Location: Eden Prairie, MN preferred.
