This position will support revenue programs (risk adjustment) for Medicare Advantage products thru reporting, analytics and process improvement.
- Prepare and disseminate reporting in support of risk adjustment activities
- QA existing reports.
- Work with colleagues to resolve issues
- Translate reporting into action items.
- Assist in the implementation of risk adjustment programs using reporting/analytics
- Interface with business leaders regarding revenue and risk adjustment analytics
- Manage internal issues logs as it pertains to risk adjustment programs and reporting.
- Understand root causes and coordinate solutions
- Recommend process improvements
- Support the finance team with ad hoc revenue and expected return analyses
- Track risk adjustment initiatives including statuses and expected outcomes
- Serve as risk adjustment lead for clinical system.
- Work with IT owner to resolve issues.
- Develop an end-user working knowledge of system
- Understand system reporting
- Understand how Dx codes are extracted for risk adjustment
- Perform testing to ensure no data gaps.
- Support Finance team with ad-hoc revenue, expected return analysis and accruals

Medicare risk adjustment experience - preferred
Healthcare industry knowledge - preferred
-Must have good analytical skills, data and business analysis
-Bachelors degree required
-Great verbal and written communication skills required
