Uline seeks a Sr. Business Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (just over the IL / WI state line).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise a group of cross-departmental analysts.
• Lead the group to identify issues through audits and analysis.
• Work with staff to implement solutions that eliminate or decrease risk.
• Develop and maintain written programs and training in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Maintain record-keeping database and develop reports.
• Create and manage applications that monitor warehouse operations and drive performance improvements.
• Audit applications to ensure data integrity.
• Travel as needed to US and international branch locations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years experience – leadership background a must.
• Advanced computer skills with strong database knowledge – (SQL, Crystal Reports, COGNOS, Access, WMS (warehouse management systems) and LMS (labor management systems).
• Prior distribution or warehouse experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to build relationships with management and employees.
• Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
