We are looking for a results-driven, proven, sales performer with a passion to succeed to join our team. As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will:
• Dominate the skills of prospecting, pitching, consulting and closing opportunities
• Be a key role in driving strategic rewards and recognition programs across many verticals
• Up-sell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
• Focus on specific opportunities that fit in our “box” solutions
• Thrive on a high-pressure environment
• Occasionally quote lines from “Glengarry Glen Ross”
As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you:
• Have a successful background in inbound and outbound sales and closing of new business
• Have 7-10 years B2B sales experience
• Consistently overachieve your quota and revenue goals
• Are passionate for sales and are thrilled with the close
• Exude a strong work ethic
• Have a university/college degree
• Are a pointaholic (you get really excited by getting cool stuff for free with your points)
..and it would be great if you have experience selling web-based business solutions
