


Candidates must have previous SharePoint administration experience to be considered Required Skills: - Design, manage, and maintain SharePoint system architecture for production, test, and development environments - Create and manage portals, sites, document libraries, task lists, calendars, and custom lists - Conduct analysis of business processes and identify possible solutions using SharePoint platform - Customize and extend SharePoint functionality and look & feel using SharePoint Designer - Manage security and access rights for SharePoint users and objects - Configure enterprise search capabilities - Develop electronic forms using InfoPath - Develop custom solutions using Visual Studio (webparts, features, web applications) - Provide best practices guidance regarding administration, customization, and development - Provide end-user training regarding SharePoint functionality Typical Minimum Experience and Education: 6 Years, with a B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics Plans, designs, develops, tests, coordinates, and implements computer business applications programs. Analyzes business, educational, and related issues to formulate and develop new and/or modified computer programs and systems. May design graphical user interface screens. Revises existing programs, systems, and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, and storage. Reconciles user requirements with existing and/or projected computer capacity and capabilities. Establishes program and data parameters and formats. Coordinates symbolic statements of problems into appropriate specifications for coding computer systems, identifying functions to be programmed, information processing techniques used, and data representation. Develops and may enter program code into computer system. Prepares documentation, and may conduct program tests and correct program errors. Analyzes programming system's capabilities to resolve questions of program standards, output requirements, input data acquisition, and programming techniques and controls. Advises on new technologies, and estimates costs associated with data processing programs. Develops procedures and operating instructions. Knowledge: Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Problem Solving: Develops technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Discretion: Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective. Impact: Guides the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives. Liaison: Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
