We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Business Support Analyst for our Phoenix, AZ facility.

As a Sr. Business Support Analyst for USAA you will be responsible for the implementation of solutions for the most complex business problems in support of senior management across the LOB. Serves as team lead to other Analysts who are responsible for supporting key operational functions and providing recommendations for improvement. This is the highest level in the Business Support Analyst career path.

Job Duties:

  • Provides operational support to current processes and demonstrates expert knowledge of business operations, processes, and needs in support of assigned BPE projects.
  • Provides input to management to support performance management process and identification of opportunities for team members' development. Mentors team members to assist in their development.
  • Leads and participates in the planning, research, analysis, development, and implementation of new and modifications to existing applications and processes to provide new or improved capabilities, products, and/or services.
  • Develops and maintains an understanding of overall business functions with in-depth knowledge of specific areas/functions and related activities. Provides expertise in development of business goals and objectives to exploit all distribution channels, leverage use of data, and simplify processes.
  • Collaborates with Business Managers to ensure dependencies, risks, and opportunities are coordinated across the CoSA and USAA.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS.
  • 5+ years of analyst or equivalent experience.
  • Must be an expert in a wide-variety of systems coordination, process/product review initiatives and the development of management information requirements for related business functions.

Preferred:

  • Significant CACS programming, CACS administration, and/or CACS management experience.
  • Proficient at adaptive controls, such as TRIAD, Probe, and ACS, on consumer products portfolios.
