Senior C#.Net Developer and Team Lead

Metro IT Resources (associate of Pinpoint IT Services, LLC) is actively seeking candidates for a Puerto Rico-based client who requires several technical senior Microsoft C#.net developers to remotely, from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, support applications for US-based clients.  The duration of these positions would in excess of 2 years or longer.  Primary responsibilities would include hands-on C#.net software support/new development and team leadership activities.

Technical Skills

• BS Computer Science or related study preferred...or equivalent experience 
• 5+ years of experience developing applications within C#.net
• Knowledge of Visual Studio 2005/2008
• Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008; some T-SQL Stored Procedures/Triggers
• Knowledge of ASP.net required; Subversion experience a plus
• Current .Net framework experience (version 3.0/3.5) required
• Knowledge of the SDLC

Management/Team Lead Skills

• Experience in a Team Lead Role (4+ team members); mentoring coaching, and training
• Dynamic and Flexible; Able to work more than 3 projects at the same time
• Must have excellent communications skills and be fully bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Experience working with system users and business analysts
